Dan Dail jerked me around for several months getting my transmission that I had payed for at time of order, excuse after excuse. The transmission they finally sent was defective appeared to be a repainted junk yard transmission.
I was assured it was a quality product and had my shop install it after being without my vechicle for so long. Not only did I have to pay my shop for labor Dan Dail would not honor his warranty. I had to file a complaint with the Florida dept. of consumer services. To date I have not received any restitution. I learned my lesson. I have made this report to protect consumers from making the same misteak that I have. Other names affiliated with this opperation are Earl Lucket and Cord who now hides behind the name Mike McGraw.
I originally purchased from Advance Automatic Transmissions only to find out that they shut down and reopened under Transworld Warehouse which was short lived, as their reputation in defrauding the public caught up with them under a new identity. I believe they were expelled from ebay for defrauding the public. Scammers will always find away to reinvent. These same individuals are now opperating under 1 ko performance ebay ID CKO2000 727-520-5753 and Tranzmissionworks.

the reports that have been filed by these individuals are invaild, my company doesn't or
has not been affiliated with the mentioned companies or people, 1 KO PERFORMANCE
is a reputable company that has some how gotten mixed in with companies and people
that are not affiliated with my company. I do not know kenny from georgia and have not
done buisness with him or any of the other individuals that for some reason seem to
think that i am affiliated with the other companies in question. I christopher owen am
the owner of 1 KO PERFORMANCE and if these people(s) are assuming because i am on
ebay that i must be them i have bad news for you, you got the wrong person i run an
honest company and have a family to feed so before any one else decided that my
company is tied in with these other companies why dont you people(s) man up and call
727 688 2708 that is my number and again my name is christopher owen i am the
owner of 1 KO PERFORMANCE. I do not know any of you or these other companies and
also i am cko 2000 have been for several yrs way before any of these crap started and
dont appreciate having my company name smeered because, some one thought that
i was whom ever they had a problem with without contacting me to find out who really
owned the company, in closing if any one has a problem with me or my company feel
free to call me at 727-688-2708 christopher owen and i would love to find out who you
are and why you think that my company has to do with the other mentioned companies
that i dont know, i mean they are not even in buisness so because, my buisness started
around when they ended i must be them if that is how you people think then you are
idiots, have you ever thought that maybe i just decided to start my own buisness which
is the american dream so that i dont have to answer to other people besides my
customers???
