I hired 1 Stop Recruiting to help us hire a physician. The physician that 1 Stop Recruiting gave us didnt work out because he never responded to the mid levels questions at the practices. I ended up having to part ways with the physician and I hired another physician on my own. The owner at 1 Stop Recruiting told the physician to call the DEA on my practice. The DEA came and audited our practice because I refused to pay the other half of the recruitment fee. Remember he told the physicain to call the DEA over a dispute in payment. BEWARE OF THIS RECRUITING COMPANY. THE OWNER IS A VINDICTIVE PERSON AND WILL TRY TO RUIN YOU OVER A FEW BUCKS BECAUSE HIS COMPANY CANT PROVIDE ADEQUATE STAFFING.

The initial fee that was due to 1StopRecruiting was around $6,000 - $7,000 (per the signed contract).  This amount was to be due upon hire.  The Practice paid 1StopRecruiting $2,500 and then asked to pay the remaining balance within 30 days.  The Physician was then let go of his practice, but the fact still remains that per the signed contract, he still owed 1StopRecruiting the remaining balance.  In the review he stated that 1StopRecruiting called the DEA which was actually false.  The reason he got audited was about something completely different than the case at hand.  1StopRecruiting contacted their lawyer then contacted that practice's lawyer to obtain payment.  Per contract he was to pay the full amount owed upon hire, which happened but then did not want to pay the rest because of the simple fact that our physician did not work out after a few days of hire.  However, it is not stated anywhere that if a hire does not work out, that the practice will not have to pay what is owed.  1StopRecruiting is highly reputal and strives to help job seekers, find jobs in the medical field everywhere.  1StopRecruitng is very appologetic about the whole situation and hopes nothing but the best for this practice.
