1 Way 2 Move rip-off! Bait and switch! Brooklyn New York
Beware of this company, they sent me a email with the words "the total guaranteed price for your move is $750", for a silver package. When i tried to book this move, they changed there price to a hourly rate of $104.00/hour and the price went up to $1352.00. When i complained about this, they came back with a new flat rate of $1500.00
This is clearly bait and switch, do not do business with 1Way2Move. The reason the sales person named Vicky gave me for this price mistake is they had no idea where I was moving to. If your a moving company, I think you should at least figure out where the person is going to before you send them a estimate.
Any company that emails someone a estimate must stick to it, just becuase its in email format doesn't mean it doesnt count. 1Way2Move says they charge a honest and accurate rate which is true until you try to book it then they try to scam you out of another $700 or so as people moving wait till the last minute to move and are desperate to have someone help them out. It's sad when a company like this tries to rip people off, buyer beware.
