101 phones of brooklyn New York Unical Enterprises Inc. 16960 Gale Av. City of Industry, CA 91745-1805 ph # 626 965-5588 We ordered before buying Bell phones. Now got 1 out of 4 areworking and NO HELP from Customer Service @ their waehouse called UNICAL Enterprise" NOT 101 phones. No Response from care center in INdia Brooklyn , New York
101 phones in Brooklyn NY sent us 3 bad phones from Unical Inc. Of California- + 1 missing charger nd all 3 out of 4 phones are bad.
they have a high frequency noise.
They are not charging correctly on chargers.
We do not know who Unical Inc. is- they did Not respond. Who are these people/Co.?
They are not 101 phones. but they ship for them?
Te Customer service from India will not refund the total costs.
the Company sent us good phones before.
The CS in India will not send us the charger that's missing.
Do we want to risk an exchange again?
Plus have to be ripped-off in shipping again?
No! We want working Bell phones from the actual 101- Not India Or Ca in USA.
When will they respond to compensate a good returning customer?
This is Not right- Not just. Not a a good business.
