..incredible story..and this guys want to blame me..i paid 190 bucks EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL and have not any confirmation about it..and they tell you and me that they shipped to me 2nd shipment..they never sent to me nothing as they can not confirm it.they sent me s**t Shipment number: CJ7421809US..and USPS.COM and Latvian post can not locate it,because it's wrong number....where is justice?...where is?.. ...this guys also wrote that i was refunded on March 7th.so,it's March 17 now and i did not get my money still..who is this guys?it looks like they are not LEGAL/SERIOUS/SKILLED online-shop....

We sent out 2 shipments to this customer, for some very expensive turntables. The first shipment was indeed lost in transit, as we have filed the insurance claim and have been reimbursed for the loss of that package. However, the 2nd shipment, when tracked shows that it arrived in the customer's country of Latvia, but no further information is available. Numerous attempts have been made to try and recover more information from the local post office in Latvia to no avail. We went out of our way to accommodate this customer, as per our policy, larger ticket items valued over US$300 cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. - we felt this customer was not a credit card fraud risk, so it was approved to be shipped overseas. Unfortunately, we did not anticipate the issues involved with shipping such an expensive item to Latvia. This customer's credit card has already been refunded, in addition, we provided him with a full refund, not deducting anything for the shipping expenses incurred on both shipments. If the customer has an issue with billing, he should bring it to the attention of his credit card bank. I show a refund completed on March 7th. This order was canceled on March 3rd. The refund takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to appear on his statement. Longer if he is a non-U.S. customer. Once we submit the refund, we have no control over how long it takes to post to his account. ....and i can't understand-why does this online-shop exist still? my people-BE AFRAID AND THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU WILL BUY FROM 1200S.COM / DJPROAUDIO.COM. THANX.
