123 Lump Sum was a great company in the beginning when conducting signings for them. However, with one purhase manager, Sean Steele, I completed a closing back in June of 2017 and here it is 30 days past the deadline and can't get a simple e-mail or phone call that the invoice has been taken care of. Notaries provide a lot of good service to clients and title/signing companies to get brushed off when it comes to payment. IF YOU CAN ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN IT COMES TO RECEIVING THE DOCUMENTS AFTER THE SIGNING IS COMPLETED, THEN YOU CAN SURE ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN THE NOTARY CALLS ABOUT PAYMENT.
Once again, 123 Lump Sum is a great company and I have done mulitple signings in the past and received the payment within 7 days. This was due to representatives doing their due diligence before and after a signing to ensure a smooth process. If you get a lazy worker like Sean Steele, YOUR INVOICE MAY NEVER GET PROCESSED AND YOU MAY GET THE RUNAROUND FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

It's a shame that the person who wrote this complaint did not contact the owners of the company, Michael Asseff and Andrew Savysky. These are totally upstanding guys. Instead you posted a complaint on Rip Off Report which should have been about Sean Steele.
Now you have forever tainted this company because Rip Off Report will not ever remove this complaint over what amounts to a $60 notary fee. I know you're upset that you didn't get your fee on a basis that you thought was timely, but really think before you post.

The owner Michael reached out within 1 hour of me filing this report and took care of the money owed for my services. I would highly recommend that if you have any problems, reach out to him.
Thanks for your prompt attention.
