1800USSEARCH.com ..BBB says "history of not giving what they promised"
What a rip-off. I desperately needed info on an individual and was promised a report in 6 hours. After 24 hours I had recieved nothing. I called and they told me that there was a sensitive issue and they had to talk to my husband because our credit card is in his name even though I placed the order for the information.
If I had not called them- I would still be waiting. They are extremely hard to understand on the phone and give you a real run-around. I just checked with the BBB and they have a history of not giving what they promised. DO NOT USE THEM if you expect good service. Pat
