... and now he’s suing me.

I took the Monet reproduction painting that I ordered from 1st-art-gallery and was shipped to me from China to my framer. I chose a frame and my framer told me to pick it up in four days. When I went back his wife told me that he was ill in hospital with lead poisoning which was eventually traced back to the Chinese paint used in the 1st-art-gallery Monet painting. Now my framer is suing me for medical expenses of $11000. I tried calling 1st-art-gallery but it is just an answerphone so I emailed them but they never responded. As I live nearby I went to their address in Syracuse given on 1st-art-gallery website but it was just a mailing address and the receptionist there told me that they get several irate 1st-art-gallery customers turning up shouting and screaming about being cheated. She told me 1st-art-gallery mail is forwarded to an address in Israel. I asked my lawyer who is dealing with the framer’s claim against me to check 1st-art-gallery out and she said that they are not even incorporated in any US state but appeared to be an Israeli/Chinese outfit. I’m really angry about this as my framer being poisoned is 1st-art-gallery’s fault not mine and they should take responsibility.

Unfortunately one of our Chinese competitors is a mentally disturbed individual, who for many years has been trying without success to damage the reputation of our company.

It is easy to see that all the posts pertaining to our company were written by the same individual, all exhibiting the same childish language, ridiculous over the top claims, and the grammar of a ten years old.

His nonsense ranges from the company being owned by the Chinese Military, to stories of product recalls and toxicity, and posting fake reviews as if he was a real customer.

We have recently retained the services of an attorney in order to locate and prosecute this person but until then, please review the images attached to this response, showing that the images that this person is adding to his "complains" are fake images that can be found in numerous sources online.
