We were contacted by a Matt Moskos of 1st Financial Group to send our debt settlement business to them.  We sent them many deals over the first month.  When it came time to get  paid, it was a complete joke.  They claimed they were broke and could not pay us.  WE waited patiently for another month.  The owner, Wayne Morgan, was rude, obnoxios and just a disgusting person.  He then sent us a check for half of the money they owed.  The check bounced.  WE have been waiting over 2 months for him to make good on the check.  They avoid our call like the plague.  Wayne answers if we trick him into it and then tells us he is going to beat our "asses."  This is probably the most unprofessional company that I have ever came across.  Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

With regard to the claims posted by Ray Braden of Financial Marketing Advisors, formerly Nationwide Home Relief in West Palm Beach FL, 1st Financial Group would to offer the following response:

Ray Braden's claims are partially true in the fact that a portion of his company's marketing fees were past due, due to some systems changes and a mistake on our behalf. For this, 1st Financial Group accepts full responsibility and would like to offer an apology to Ray Braden and his company. Furthermore, all outstanding fees have been paid.

As for Ray Braden's comments in this post regarding the officers of this company, they are completely false. Wayne Morgan is not the owner of the company, he is the operations manager and the only person who theatened anyone was Ray Braden.

Again, 1st Financial Group has taken responsibility, apologized for the misunderstanding and made every effort to correct the problems.
