1st Financial Group M4 Financial Group Ripped off by M4 Financial Group dba 1ST Financial Group Tampa, Florida
I originally contacted 1st Financial Group to get help paying off payday loans that had become to hard to pay. Once you get in that rut you stay in it because of the finance charges. So I thought I saw a light at the end of the tunnel when I came across 1st Financial Group, who claimed they could make arrangements with the companies I owe and pay them off.
I set up an account with them and payed them close to 800 dollars to pay off these loans. Well, here I am today and not one of them has been paid off. I am now getting threatening calls from attorneys who say that 1st Financial Group NEVER called them to make arrangement.
I then tried to call 1st Financial Group to find out what is going on and why this still had not been taken care of. This was not the first time I called them and they had told me that one of the creditors had agreed to a payoff of 608.33 and would I approve of this. I did approve it but that creditor never got paid anything and is still calling me and saying that NOTHING has been taken care of and I still owe 608.33. I am so upset that I am left with these debts when I could have just paid them the way I was and probably had them paid by now. But instead I am out close to 800 dollars plus because I have to pay the payday loans so they do not garnish my wages. Does anyone know of what I can do to get my money back from this company?
By the way when I try to contact 1st Financial now ALL of there numbers are disconnected.
