Complaint Review: 1st Source Bank - South Bend Indiana

 1st Source Bank Board of Directors Aware of the Bank’s behavior is the question. I feel that the Board is and was well aware of the unlawful tactics taken by individuals at 1st Source Bank. If this is the fact, I think the Board members are Disgusting and must not believe in God. I would rather have Herpes than deal with 1st Source Bank. Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank

Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank was not honest in depositions. This means plain and simple, he lied. 

Quite a few 1st Source Bank employees lied in depositions. I believe it was to be malicious. I believe it was to play games and cause harm. 

My opinion is Jeff Buhr caused 1st Source Bank to get sued.  His actions made me feel raped. 

Violated and raped is how I feel.

Ernestine Raclin 1st Source Bank   Ernestine Raclin Ernestine Raclin 1st Source Bank aware of what the Bank and their lawyer has done to a customer?That is the question. That is not a statement.  It seems Ernestine Raclin still sits on the 1st Source Bank Board of Directors. This is what is posted on the Bank site, it states the names of all members. We often wonder if she and any other Board Member was aware that lawyers for 1st Source Bank dropped the ball while they collected close to a million dollars in billed legal fees. How can any Board Member not be aware of this issue. That is a lot of money to spend. Especially since we feel this money was spent to because the bank needed cover up lies and egregious tactics. That is my opinion. We also wonder if this Baord Member and other board Members know that 1st Source Bank maliciously in my opinion, held back the release of UCC statements. 

1st Source Bank donates to help cancer but at the same time messes with families, and the later result making that families cancer battle more horrific.

Najeeb A. Khan 1st Source Bank. Najeeb A. Khan is a 1st Source Bank Board Member and again, we often wonder if Mr. Khan is aware of the egregious behavior of 1st Source Bank employees and their legal counsel. Visit 1stsourcebanklawsuit.blogspot.com   Pretty disturbing to think the Board would allow a lawyer and possibly one bank employee to run up a Seven Hundred Thousand Dollar legal bill and play games with UCC filings.  That bill was only through May of 2016. Then to think this all is still going on another two years. I can not even imagine the legal costs to date.     1st Source Bank Board of Directors must know this as all going on and the cost. My opinion , all a cover up because 1st Source Bank violated the law and their own agreement.      The best part is their lawyers admit that their software can and may alter discovery emails.

What a joke. that is a $700,000.00 joke. At this point it might be a Million Dollar joke. If I was a Board Member I would want to know that the lawyer the bank hired could have avoided all of this expense had he allowed this customer to buy their inventory. If I am a Board Member I would ask for the letter written to Jeff Johnson of May Oberfell Lorber where we asked to buy the inventory and just required payoff details and copied of titles. Instead of honoring the agreement, this abortion of a lawsuit occurred.  Below is the email to 1st Source Bank's lawyer. Some details were omitted.  Looks to me that all of this expense for the bank could have been avoided.    1st source Bank can get the entire email from their lawyer.  Had that lawyer and the bank provided those details, this abortion  would never have happened.    

Looks like a clear warning that the Bank would be sued for their conduct. This is pretty messed up! This was sent to 1st source Bank 's lawyer.   Visit 1stsourcebanklawsuit.blogspot.com   My opinion is any employee or Board Member of 1st Source Bank that participated in holding backk UCC filings is a malicious, disgusting person.    Employee attcking customer attached. 

Timothy Ozark 1st Source Bank

Timothy Ozark 1st Source Bank is on the Board at 1st Source Bank. We often wonder if the Board Members of 1st Source Bank, such as timothy Ozark are aware of the behavior of the bank. Also curious if the board makes decisions in regards to litigations in which 1st Source Bank are involved. In my opinion, the are dirty, sneaky people. I say this because 1st Source Bank violated the law. 

Would a Board Member be aware that 1st Source Bank violated the law?  I also wonder if the Board Members know the bank held back the release of UCC agreements. This was done maliciously. That is my opinion.  This action was disgusting and was clearly a violation of the law. 

The next question

The next question is if the Board of 1st Source Bank also was aware of the legal fees the bank spent on a case that appears to be cover up to hide their violations of the law. Also, the bigger question, does the Board know that the lawyers for 1st Source Bank actually admitted to having software that can at times alter legal discovery?
