1st Warranty Group there is no car warranty! evil dirt bags victimized and ripoff many consumers Huntersville North Carolina
This group out of NC claims to offer extended warranties for your car and claimed that the warranty was insured by All State Insurance company. NO way Jose!
They sent me information that my warranty would be administered by Peak 2000 out of Texas. gave me an official looking certificate and everything. I paid up front for the warranty (Insert Hammer to my Head!) Then I received a certified letter from Peak 2000 saying there is no warranty because 1st Warranty Group never passed the money on to them! The only smart thing is that I paid with a credit card and am now disputing this with the credit card company.
When I called Peak 2000, the customer service rep told me that this had happened to hundreds of people through First Warranty before his supervisor told him to SHUT UP!
Watch out for these guys, they are using your warranty payments to just pay their bills. it looks like!
