1stmeds - 1stmeds.com Ripoff Owner Lies About Contact Information! Internet
As soon as I read the rebuttal from the owner of 1stmeds I couldn't write this letter fast enough. I followed every step that this owner talks about and still have not seen any refund yet. It has been almost 2 months ago since I was promised the 5 to 7 day refund.
I didn't need a charge back. All I needed was a refund, because the money came out of my checking account not a credit card. In his rebuttal he says to contact the company by email. The address is [email protected].
I tried that address and another one they gave me wich was [email protected]. Niether one of them is any good. Both Yahoo and Hotmail said 1stmeds doesn't even have an account with them.
If you read any of the other complaints against 1stmeds, you will find that this Kevin guy also wrote in a rebuttal calling himself an employee, not the owner. I'm not sure who this guy really is, but I just wanted to warn other people not to fall for his rebuttal as the information he gives you is false.
All I know is that I have a $130.00 less money in my checking account today because of this fraudulent company.
