I had an electrical fire in the furnace, causing the Air-circulation system to breakdown, so the A/C could not be used. The 2-10 people sent a local contractor, who estimated the work and call the company. They rejected his estimate.

Their second contractor, refused to come and look at the work, as they do not compensate their contractors. The third one finally decided to take the work. But the company will not send the right parts. They will not allow the contractor to buy them in the local market, and they will not allow us to talk to their distribution department.

In the mean time, it's hot as hell. We are trying to call them 3 times a day. Everytime a new person comes online, does not know anything the about the promises they made in the last call. New promises are made and broken everyday. They will not give you a written confirmation. I decided to tape the conversation with them, but they refused to talk to me if I taped the conversation.

The contractor also kept disappearing, and not returning the call. They played the blame game between themselves. The contractor blaming the 2-10 people for sending the wrong parts, while the company blaming their own contractor for not doing the job. Finally, after 15 days of heat, we could not take any more, and had to settle for half the amount from 2-10. The promises are made only when they take your money, but when it comes to fixing all you get is 'We are working on it, but we cannot promise anything'
