I ordered from the website www.uptopay.com an Iphone 16gb for the price of 330 EURO. I sent the money as requested via Western Union and then they sent me an email with the following contents:

my dear friend,thanks for your concern! today we will prepare the items for you and will send the items for you tomorrow, then the ems shipping tracking number is EE022665532CN,you can goto http://www.ems.com.cn/english-main.jsp to check the shipping states online after 3 days. if you have any questions,please contact us soon,thanks

So then I waited as it says above  and when I went online to check the number it never existed. After another email I sent them this is the answer I got:

my dear friend,thanks for your concern! i am sorry that, we have try our best to send out the items for you, but today we have to tell your the badly news. your order items have been blocked at our country custom.
 
as you know,recently have more International trade Confront friction protection and On the occasion of the 60th Anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, our country custom have been more Customs conduct a serious investigation.so you order items have be Detained and blocked by custom.

 
our country custom said that our Original Apple iPhone must have to pay 290.00eur for the Electronic products Import and export tariffs. so we have to request the shipping company help to deal with that badly matters.but we have Failured through the customs clearance and your order package have be Confiscation,custom said that we have to pay 290.00eur tariffs in 15 days,if we will no complete the payment,customs will decide to destruct and burn the package soon.

 
as you know, you pay 335eur for the Apple iPhone, and now we have to pay 290eur for the customs, what can i do ? we have no ways,we will lost the money and lost the Apple iPhone too. we have very disappointed for this badly trade, what can i do ? please give us your ideas,will you?
 
In order to Avoid lost more money,our company have decided to pay 290.00eur to customs(you should share 180.00eur and we have to Share 110.00eur too),will you??? so you should help us to add 180.00eur to our bank too and then we can pay 290.00eur for the full customs tariffs. if you have any questions,please contact us immediately,thanks


And after that again I told them that if I knew thew price was 330 + 180 = 510 EUROS I would of bought it from my local retailer and all they say now is:

Now when I go the webpage to chat online to see what has happened with my money they have banned me from talking online with them.

Last night I talked to them through msn they didnt know who it was and they just told me send more money and then they logged off.
