I had been playing at 21Grand Casino for quite some time and deposited Up to $300 at a time sometimes but on one occasion I only deposited $100 and ended up winning over $5000 but when I tried to withdraw was told the maximum I could withdraw was $1000 because I needed to deposit a minimum of $250 for No Maximum Withdrawal. Ok fine I says so back in late October or early November I withdraw $1000 but have not been paid since. I have emailed their support people at [email protected] multiple times.

Finally I hear from someone named Crhis who said I was paid $835 minus $165 for the bonus. Ok I said but that amount has never appeared in my account and even check with my bank TD Bank NA to see if they had seen a deposit in that amount. They hadn't nor was my account credited for any amount close to that.

On top on that they said they were having trouble with their processor because my withdrawal sat in their cashier screen for over a month before it was removed supposedly to be sent to the processor. They need to track that payment if indeed it was ever paid to begin with.

Talking with Seth he has become quite belligerent and tells me the finance people come in at 3:30am EST. I am going to get up at 3:30am to call them? They are located in Costa Rica and I would be careful and say to play at your own risk because they will not pay at least so far.

This is not my first time playing online, I know some rules are sometimes overlooked such as when recieving bonuses and you don't meet the playthru as the rules state, or you violate their bonuses in some other way. That is not the case here I deposited many times over the course of a year and they were happy to take my money. I won following all their guidelines and rules as I was well aware of how they can use them to avoid payment, not the case here at all. Before requesting a withdrawal I asked if I had met my playthru and they affirmed I had.
