My son and his friend wanted to buy money for a game called runescape this was advertised on they took my money from paypal and now they wont respond and their e-mail is invalid

Hi, I'm a longtime player of Runescape. It is a company owned by Jagex, LTD. They do not allow anyone to purchase gold. If you buy it, you risk getting your son's account banned when he's caught. Notice I said when, not if. They have recently made changes that will make it impossible for this to carried out. At this point, you have been scammed. They have taken money for a product that is illegal and can never be delivered without your son getting banned.
