21st CENTURY COMMUNICATIONS - CLARENCE NEELY - MIAMI SEVEN EVENTS RIPPOFF, FRAUD, INVESTMENT RIP OFF VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia
I entered into a written agreement with Clarence Neely the Executive Director of 21st Century Communications also known as Kismedia and Miami seven. For a large cash investment he promised me 25% of the profit for all events that Miami Seven Events did in 2007. At the time Clarence said that he had several events coming in the next few months. He said that I could recoup my initial investment. He said he had concerts lined up and i can make money off my concert investment.
Clarence Neely comes in many incarnations. Some of which is Demo Magazine, Miami Seven Events, 21st Century Communications. All of which he uses interchangeably to decieve. In short, Clarence and 21st Century Communications and Miami Seven & kismedia is a fraud .
I have come to find out that he has recieved money from many people promising to do shows and never puts on a show, then blames it on the artist
or some other circumstance. But he never returns the investors money. Or he gives you $1000 here and $500 there as if that is supposed to appease you when your investment may have been 30, 40 or 50 thousand.
Clarence changes his phone numbers on a yearly basis so he cannot be reached or when he no longer can take the calls of mad investors.
Stay away from Clarence Neely.
Stay away from 21st Century Communications
Stay away from Miami Seven Events.
Stay away from DEMO Magazine.
He does not respect his own signature or any deeds of contract.

Me and Mr. Clarence Neely are currently working out our situation. Mr. Neely is a good business partner but due to lack of staying in connection with each other sent things to another level. But over all Mr. Clarence Neely has helped me alot and we will again do business in the future. Don't let this post on this site change the business you are doing with him. Thanks!!!
