24 Hour Fitness ripoff Very rude unfriendly unprofessional staff Rancho Cucamonga California
Hello:
I visited 24 hour fitness (what a mistake) in the hopes of purchasing a membership, I was greeted by an extremely rude, unprofessional staff member who acted like he couldn't be bothered with talking to me. He said, "oh sorry, you can't use this pass because you visited one of our other locations a few years ago" I explained to him I didn't want a free workout without giving them anything in return, I wanted to join. "Well, I can give you a one day pass for $15.00 but that's it" I guess they would rather lose a membership. I contacted their corporate office and my friend did too, we both sent emails and corporate couldn't be bothered to respond. 24 hour fitness should be ashamed to have staff like this, when you want business, you don't turn business away.
