2daysbath is not forthcoming when they hire employees. You are never told during the interview that you will have to generate your own leads. The sales mgr. Bruce Leventhal, said he explains that during the interview, he does not. Indeed, I am not the only one in the training class who was caught off gaurd. They make you sign a employee agreement with them on the first day but it mentions nothing of generating your own leads.

When you first finish training they ask you to right down all of the names you can think of, call them and tell them you want to "practice on them." The truth is they are looking for you to stumble into a sale and get referrals. This is just like going to work for an insurance company when you have to bother family or friends for business. They say they have plenty of leads but if you are not willing to embarrass yourself by bothering people you know, you are not getting any leads.
