3c body shop incompitant,lie,poor work,overcharge columbus, Ohio
I took my 2009 caravan to three c to be repaired after a collision with deer, they said they could handel the jobwas called to pick up vehicle after 6 weeks. I arrived to inspect vehicle,screws were missing nicks and scratches in paint where doors did not line up correctly, i started to point this out and ended up in cussing match with manager, then he says they will fix all that is wrong. Two weeks later they call say it is done. Second trip to pick up my van, more chips scrtches showing bare metal dents in what are supposed to be new body parts fenders and doors wont line up correctly plastic trim pieces are loose. I said if you cannot get these outer parts to line up correct then dont you think the frame and sub frame are damaged as well, he goes on to blame ins company for not allowing for repairs when they already have billed for fixing this.needless to say 8 weeks later we get sent home with no van and no ideal whats going on because the manager can not make any decisions.
