In November, I ordered a Red Sox pillow. I was told my order was received, given an order no. and finally told that my order was shipped. However, no pillow was received, my credit card was charged and my emails went unanswered. I tried their 800 number and it's always busy. I hope nobody ever orders from them again. They are true ripoff artists!!!

Call your bank, explain the situation, request/demand a "Charge-Back". I had no problem, doing this, my account was credited the next day. Sorry I didn't do it sooner. 4-Fans is, indeed, a total Rip-Off!!!
