This is a warning to anybody who has ever rented from or had a bad experience with 417 rentals. They are changing their name to Holly Rentals. They will not tell any of their tenents why and in fact when they are asked about it they get really rude and say that they don't know anything about it. Chris Gatley is a slum lord!!!! Beware of him and his company. There is only 1 reason a rental company would suddenly change their name and that is because they are crooks and they are trying to get away from all of the negative stigma surrounding them.
