4mmo.com Company robbed me on MMO currency order. Will not refund me my money. "Managers" don't seem to do anything. Internet Internet
Placed an order for 100 platinum in EverQuest. I was told at the time of order that it was in-stock and that delivery should not take very long. I placed the order and then upon contacting "live help" (which takes forever to respond) they told me that the order is "not ready yet". The story of my life thus far dealing with 4mmo.com.
Several weeks go by of me checking with them and getting nowhere so I then decide that maybe they are having trouble on this particular server so I offer to change servers on which I want the delivery made and they agree and I wait a little longer, but with the same results.
Finally I ask to be put in contact with a manager about getting a refund and I am assured that my order should be done very shortly and that they will throw in a little extra currency in-game for waiting so long so I decide to wait a little longer. Nothing happened.
I have since then sent emails, talked to several so-called managers and all have assured me that I have a refund coming. Even though each subseqent manager I talk to tells me that my order is not ready yet and I have to tell them every time that I am supposed to have a refund coming according to other managers and that I do not care for the order.
I have filed and escalated a claim with paypal but I have yet to hear anything back from them on the claim. The manager never seems to be in anymore either.
I would suggest that you do not order from this company.

After escalating the claim in paypal I am eventually refunded. I am not sure if it was paypal's choice or if 4mmo.com and paypal came to a deal to refund my money but I got my money back.
