4Shared New IT Solution Bait and switch from $78.00 to $100.00 from me and then did not provide services Nicosia Cyprus
I have used 4 Shared Premium for 10+ years and when I went to renew this past spring, the page said pay with a Amazon Gift card in the amount of $78.00 ($77 dollars plus change). When I bought the
gift card, I couldn’t remember the exact change amount, so I sent them $78.00 ... Then, I got an email saying I still owed them $22.00 .... I argued with some lady, but finally sent it. To date,
my account has never been renewed for this year. I have sent emails to everybody and their uncle (company, company contacts, the lady I sent the gift cards to, etc. etc. etc.) Basically,
they stole $100 from me and I cannot get it back. From looking at this company and all the different addresses, it looks like they are overseas “somewhere”, and I am probably just out of luck, other than to write scathing reviews and warn others how I got taken. So, that’s my issue.
