5 STAR AUTO SPA BROOKLYN DISCRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE BUSINESS BROOKLYN, New York
Never again will I trust the words that come out of anyones mouth at this shady establishment... I drove my truck through the drive through car wash and there machine broke my Auto vent shade (snapped it into two)... (outside of car window that keeps rain from coming in.) The mngr DIMA (spoke poor english and very deceptive) told me that he would get it replaced in two days... I came back after the original day the part was suppose to come in on two seperate occasions... (the part never came) I got a bunch of excuses that I could give a hoot about! I also got the run around (the ol okidoke) as a result gave me high blood pressure... When I repeatedly asked how i was going to be reimbursed after the fact, everyone in the place became dumb and didnt know how to advise me on how the problem was going to be solved... If this was the days of old i couldv'e resorted in a non diplomatic way... Do not support these crooks...
