I joined as a free member and then upgraded to receive their "flagship product" called Megalive. They have a product request system in the back office for you to request product(s) to be redeemed,(sent) to you. I requested my products in November and again the beginning of December, and then waited, nothing as of today has arrived nor has the company furnished any tracking or shipping confirmations after repeated emails and even phone calls to employees of said company, they refuse to even answer my emails at all now while they are going through a "revamp"? and planned relaunch of the company scheduled for early Feb. 2006.

I have been working out of town and get my mail on the weekends. When I contacted a gentleman on the phone at their office and told him my problem, he said he knew what happened and would expedite the shipment of my two products immediately the next day, that was well before Christmas. I am pissed off and want blood or a refund of all money. Forget the product.

As an ex-agent for MEGA Life and Health Insurance Co., I believe the inclusion of megahealth in the title of the post is misleading. The post and product mentioned have nothing to do with megahealth.
