Gary B. George operates an EBAY STORE called 5150 ENTERPRISES, and is also know as Gary B. George. A bid was placed on a SET TWO SPEAKER STANDS. The bid total was $ 39.74 with $ 21.95 for UPS shipping. A request was made to purchase TWO SETS of TWO SPEAKER STANDS, for a TOTAL of FOUR STANDS. Gary George answered by EMAIL and agreed. He also made sure that I understood that THERE WEERE TWO SPEAKER STANDS IN A SET and thet I actually wanted TWO SETS.

TWO CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS were sent each totalling $ 61.69 for the TWO SETS of FOUR STANDS.

George confirmed the shipment and the weight of 30 pounds. Upon arrival and opening the carton there were only TWO STANDS in the box, and the weight was ONLY 15 pounds. An emil was sent to George to ask where the other STAND WERE, and he Insisted that he had VIDEOTAPED THE PACKING and HE HAD PUT FOUR STANDS IN THE BOX. He Then Threatedn Me if I were to contact EBAY and complain. UPS was contacted along with EBAY and a FORMAL COMPLAINT was started. George answered the complaint, with the charge that I was a competitor trying to scam him for a two for one. Evidence shows that ONLY TWO STANDS were placed in the shipping carton. Digital photos were taken of the shipping carton with the two speaker stands inside and additional packing. George stated that if there were ONLY TWO speakers stand in the carton the carton would have been crushed in shipping, and IT SHOWS THIS.

George and 5150 ENTERPRISES are using the US MAILS and UPS to DEFRAUD their customers. George with INTENT placed the wrong weight on the carton, in an attempt to DEFRAUD UPS.

He even insisted that I file a loss report with UPS knowing well that HE NEVER PACKED THE FOUR STANDS in the BOX.

Gary B. George, called our local police department on September 22, 2006, and tried to claim EXTORTION. George was INVOICED for damages and loss due to his NOT PROVIDING what was ordered. George NEVER mentioned that he did NOT SHIP THE ENTIRE ORDER, and that he FILED A FLASE CLAIM FOR LOSS WITH UPS, and they PAID THE CLAIM. He NEVER MENTIONED that the SECOND SHIPMENT PAID FOR BY STOLEN MONEY WAS REFUSED FOR FRAUD AND RETURNED. He never mentioned that UPS is INVESTIGATING THE INSURANCE FRAUD. So what did George do by calling the police? HE LIED TO THEM! Is it NOT WRONG TO LIE TO THE POLICE? In our opinion, George is nothing but a LIE, and continues to LIE. It is also our opinion that he sould be taken off EBAY. It is also our OPINION that EBAY should NOT ALLOW such action on their WEB SITES. It should be noted that EBAY and its Principals have REFUSED TO ANSWER certified letters regarding the actions of George, and the know fact that he filed a false INSURANCE CLAIM WITH UPS. FRAUD IS WRONG no matter how small. We will not be a part of FRAUD.

No response from George, and NO RESPONSE FROM EBAY on this matter. EBAY and George REFUSE to answer and have in fact condoned FRAUD and THEFT, as a normal occurance on EBAY.

We received a letter from the BBB in San Diego, and George continuse to LIE. George "printed" the following to the BBB. "4 STANDS ORIGINALLY SHIPPED. CUSTOMER FILED CLAIM WITH UPS. UPS SETTLED CLAIM. 2 STANDS SHIPPED 08/23/2006 REPLACEMENT UPS TRACKING # 1Z73Y4A2A690578749 NOTICE VIS CERTIFIED MAIL # 70020519000121173996 THIS MATTER IS CLOSED NOTE SUSPECT THIS CUSTOMER INSTIGATED A 2 FOR 1 COMBINED SHIPPING SCAM." Four speaker stands were ordered and paid for, George cashed the checks. George ONLY SHIPPED TWO OF THE STANDS. He stole my money. George does not understand CONTRACT LAW. The only way George can redeam himself is to return the money he accepted through FRAUD from UPS, acknowledge in writing that he failed to ship all four stands, and send me what I paid him for. A shipment from UPS sent by Gary B. George was received, however it was marked as a "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" UPS PAID George for something that HE DID NOT SHIP, and he THEN tried to cover his tracks by sending a set of speaker stands PIAD FOR BY UPS INSURANCE. Again George NEVER SENT the FULL ORDER, this is NOW A PROVEN FACT. George has admitted to this BY HIS NON RESPONSE. The shipment received under "CLAIM SETTLEMENT" has been refused and returned to George, as WE WILL NOT BE A PART OF HIS FRAUD. A DEMAND has been placed on George to RETURN THE MONEY he obtained from UPS, and SEND TO ME THE SPEAKER STAHDS that he FAILED TO DO. George DEFRAUDED ME, NOW UPS, and THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. He used the US MAILS to act out his FRAUD, and tried to cover his FRAUD by sending two stands thta were PAID FOR by UPS. He has kept my money with NO INTENT of providing the product. He acted with malice and intent to defraud. In OUR OPINION Gary B. George and his home based operation should be shut down bt the Attorney General of CA.

George has changed his email address to webdealz 5150 enterprises [email protected] Since he was getting so many negative emails about his dealings. He refused to answer any of EBAYS emails He has NOT responded to UPS He has been informed of FRAUD by cetified mail, that he signed for. Copies of the certified document was sent to EBAY and UPS. He claims to operate out of an office in Calif. and have a warehouse in LA. In fact he operates out of a single family home in LaMesa, and the warehouse he claims to have is his supplier, where the product is IMPORTED FROM CHINA.
