5800 Harold , Lincoln Apartments Scott Brown , Christina Bartlett I live in the Penthouse unit in this building. The new staff members are extremely racist to African Americans. If your an african american or brown skinned, this is not the unit for you! Los Angeles California
This apartment complex is very racist. The people living here arent but the staff members are. Because They can't fathom the ideal of a black man paying the highest pent houses prices bothers them. They constantly stick large notices on my door about $100-$200 fees I need to pay for being late on rent when I'm never late. I pay $6200 a month in rent, Whats $150 dollars?
Because I'm the only black guy in the building who pays $6000 a month, I'm treated horribly by Staff. I constantly get charged with hidden fees and late charges when I pay my rent on time every month.
Last month my bentley got broken into and they did nothing about it. I'm starting to think they set the whole thing up. When you google this place you will see similar results. You've been warned!
