5avefashion.com Scam and Fake!!! New York
Thought I was getting a great deal when I did a google search for "The North Face" Delani jacket. Received the jacket in 3 days, only to see that it was an obvious fake. I've purchased quite a few of these jackets over the years for my kids and husband as well as looked at them in high end stores so I know what a real one vs fake looks like.The fit was all wrong, considering I tried it on at a local store for size before ordering. Followed the instructions on the shipping invoivce to start the return process.
Sent an email to the company with no response. The invoice states that they offer a 15 day return policy, my guess is they would wait it out the 15 days so they can keep the money. Tried calling the number on the website and it goes straigt to VM. Sent a second email advising that I was in a rush to return...no response. So I ended up contacting my credit card company to file a dispute. Just beware of this website, i'm sure they wont be up and running much longer. Just be careful of cheap prices, I should have know better. I'm not sure how they even get away with this!
