I found this service which plays songs of the 1960s on YouTube. It looked good. I sent an e-mail asking how to subscribe, and they replied. I signed up using Paypal. But to use the service, I have to be sent and ID and password. I never received these, so I can not use the service for which I've paid.
I have written to Sixtiesradio about not receiving ID and password, finally got a letter saying those had been sent to me. I wrote twice more saying I have not received them.
So, some e-mail from them comes through, but the e-mail I need to use the service does not come through. Hmmmm.
Paypal can do nothing as this is a service, not an item.
I'm not out a lot of money, but I just don't like any money taken from me in these circumstances. Is this happening to other people?

http://60sradio.com has subscribers all over the U. S., Canada and the rest of the world. Some of the subscribers don't even speak English. Every subscriber, when they subscribe, are issued a unique user name and password via email to their Paypal account email address. This subscriber, who has filed this complaint above, must be having a problem with his email account. Just as with every other new subscriber, when he subscribed, we immediately issued him his own unique user name and password. He kept claiming he never received it. We ended up emailing this subscriber his user name and password over fifty times and he still claims he didn't receive the email. We have never had this problem with any other subscriber ever. All of our subscribers are very happy with the service that we provide. We don't know what the problem that this particular subscriber has but, it is only unique to him and we made over fifty attempts to email him his user name and password.
