do not rent from 7 Rent Angel the property manager is a mean nasty person she will yell and scream at you for no reason and tell you that if you don't do what she says she will evict you. you can not get return phone calls and it's impossible to reach the owner Robert. They will keep your deposit and refuse to send you an invoice for any charges then file court papers against you for ungodly amount of money. They charge you for water that you don't use so make sure you contact the water company and keep track of all your payments. Do no believe anything they tell you it's a lye. They will rip you off any way they can.
