713 Signs Whitney & Ronnie Garcia Scam Artist, Cheater, Dishonest Houston, Texas
Whitney was very persistent about giving our company a good deal on banners. We ordered 5 and she said that she needed 1/2 of the money up front. I offered a credit card number & she said that their machine was broken. She drove probably about an hour to pick up a check. She delivered on the day as promised (1 -1/2 hour late) and only had 4 of the 5 banners. Looking back on the events, she wasn't going to mention the 5th banner until I asked about it. When I did, she said that her husband had forgotten to put it in the van, but it would be overnighted to us the following day. It never came. I have called & e-mailed for the last 4 days and gotten no response. Before she got her check, she would return my phone calls & e-mails immediately. I plan to pursue the money and take this as far as I possibly can.
