Evil eBay scammer. They did not respond to repeated emails or calls a month after they recieved payment.

Since it was a small purchase, eBay wouldn't do anything to help in the dispute process.

Had to file a report with the US Postal Inspection Service in oreder to get any results.

Things I've learned from dealing with this eBay scammer: Look up their home number on 411.com. File a report online with the Postal Inspectors. Forward abusive emails to eBay.

Since I am an eBay user, and I live on Long Island very close to this creep Lori, I was wondering what her eBay user ID is so I can go look up her feedback rating for myself. I have also been the victim of disreputable sellers like Lori, and I know exactly how you feel, Rob! It's a shame that eBay isn't a little more concerned about users such as us who continue to get ripped off and defrauded by people like 8 Ball Music Parts. I guess that to them, it's all about the $$money$$. Lori Humann... The way she treated Rob from San Francisco was "inhumann" ;-)

Isn't that how Ebay works? Jeez, you sent the dude's stuff a month after you got his payment. I'd be feeling negative about that too. Take your lumps. Sounds to me like you got lotsa excuses, but you won't just say that you're sorry about making a customer wait a long time. Did you answer e-mails? Did you answer phone calls? Did you answer Ebay dispute e-mails? Also, dude claims that he sent you a money order, and you said something about waiting for the check to clear? People send money orders because they don't take time to clear. How about telling us what you are doing to make sure that you don't get 22 negative feedbacks next month?

I filed it because Lori wouldn't respond to emails that I started sending her a month after she recieved payment. Also, Lori, I sent you a postal money order. There was no waiting for the check to clear. You didn't respond to multiple emails. You didn't respond to eBay's dispute process. You didn't respond to phone calls until I left a message saying that the next step was to report you to the Postal Inspectors. I left you negative feedback because you provided poor customer service. Your response to the feedback that you earned was sending me poorly written insulting emails. Want me to post them?

Just to prove what we said about the shipping info is accurate Shipment #9101128882300771703932 Shipping label printed on Dec-15-06 US Postal Service First Class Mail Cost: $1.01 Shipping Status: Delivered Label/Receipt Number: 9101 1288 8230 0771 7039 32 Status: Delivered Your item was delivered at 2:55 PM on December 21, 2006 in SAN FRANCISCO, CA 94111. From NY to California First Class normally takes 5 days shipping so I have no idea why anyone could complain to the Postal Inspector? Also the person who talked to Rob on the phone is very nice and he would never ever say a bad word to a customer unless something like this happened. I have seen him talk to customers and the first words he always says is I am sorry this happened. He would also do anything to make the customer happy. I can not figure this person out and in truth I really don't care about him either. We blocked him so he can't purchase from us anymore. But truthfully doesn't it seem weird that we send an ebay message on the 13th saying payment received, on the 15th we send a message that we shipped his item. He calls us on the 20th crying about not getting his package. We explain that it takes 5 days to get from NY to Cali first Class USPS and it arrives on the 21st. Then he leaves us Negative Feedback and emails us saying that he will be going to every site saying we did all these bad things all for a $10 purchase that he received on the day he was supposed to receive it? I don't know about anyone else but this seems to me like he had an agenda or he is another seller under a different name. Also to Rob and Lori I apologize on behalf of my employee for his comments that he left. He was upset because we really do care about our customers and we did have a very bad December and there's nothing we can do except move forward and do better

That message above was from one of my employee's. I do understand his response while I would not have gone so far to say what he said my feelings toward this person is about the same. True we did have 22 negatives the past month but please understand we did have issues that did not help the situation and until December we had a excellent feedback rating. Also some of the feedback's are multiples that means when you purchase say four items you can leave 4 negatives. With that said I did apologize to my customers and we still have a 99.6% rating. Which is far below what I would like but you also have to take into account we received over 2000 feedback's in December. This person left us a negative also which I believe was wrong. He received his item in a timely manner once his check cleared and in fact he received his item the next day after we called him and while this was a $10 purchase and he did get his item on the exact day we said it would arrive he still went way out of his way when we were nothing but nice to him. In fact the 2nd package we sent he never returned to us so that shows how honest this person is.

Lori, what a disgrace to the name, calling a paying customer dopey really makes you look bad in the eyes of others. Funny thing is, I looked you up on E-Bay and you have 22 negative comments in the past month. All of them complaining about the same thing, slow shipping, not receiving product, no response to e-mail. So who is the real dope?

I am an employee of 8 Ball Music and I had to write that this guy is an idiot. Dopey sent us a check and we marked his check cleared on November 15th we sent his $10 order First class on the 16th. He called us on the 20th crying he did not get his items. I handled his phone call and he was crying we were ripping him off and I told him that according to his account it was sent on the 16th and normally from NY to California it takes about 5 days. Be he whined and moaned so much that I told him I will resend a new package out because he was crying like a 2 year old who needs his bottle. Of course according to USPS it was delivered on the 21st He never reported to the USPS postal inspector (Because they would laugh at him...because we did nothing wrong the postage was created on the 16th and sent to the USPS and it was delivered 5 days later from NY to California.
