I signed a service contract company, for them to redo my roof and siding, but they never wrote a start date, they just verbally agreed to start my work before Thanksgiving, they called me 2 days before Thanksgiving and I was told there was no way it could be done for they overbooked and were unable to hold up to the agreement. The weather began to deteriorate but they promised to be done with my roof by Christmas, which I later Learned was less than satisfactory to be doing in the cold winter weather. I had several calls with them, where they continued to lie and make false promises to me.
They ended up having a large dumpster delivered to my house without notice and it was placed in front of my garage blocking me from leaving, this is a very serious issue because myself and my son both have serious Medical issues and had no way of leaving the house. I called and had them remove it right away. Cancelled the services I had previously wanted them to complete, unfortunately it was beyond the 30 day cancellation clause in the contract, so now they plan to take me to court over it. Stay away from this company. They get you to sign the contract and will screw you over.
