Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

These guys scammed me.  The bought my software for $297 which is a plugin for WordPress.  This plug-in uses API's to connect to the Fan Victor Central Servers to run games. This is where are the stats of each sport are harvested from our data providers.  You can think of this as Fantasy as a Service (FaaS).  Please be fully aware that the code on the Fan Victor Central Servers is NOT open source.

This architecture is allowed by WordPress, its called Service Ware.  They have even tried to contact WordPress to get me banned from there claiming my architecture is against their terms.  Many WordPres plugins require a licesne to operate and so does ours.  They have NO meritt what so ever.

You can check for yourself here:

wordpress.org/plugins/about/guidelines/   Item #6 to see I am not lying.

This was very well known to them how the system worked.  They were fully aware of the architecture of the system.  They were OK with it and even contracted me to do some custom work for them.

These scammers tried to extort me in trying to get all my source code.  They threatened me by saying that the WHOLE thing needs to be open source.  Open source doesn't work like that. A plugin can be open source and the API's it connets to can remain closed.  Just like if an open source app were to contact google API to something,  you would not get google's code.

Now these guys are trashing my business name all over the internet and threatening legal action against me.

Stay away from these guys.  They have sucked so many resources from us and they have NOT paid the remaining balance yet they want all my source of my business.

They seem like typical fraudsters, they were so nice in the beginning but as soon as the custom code was done, they demanded all the source code.

Wordpress.org has nothing wrong with the plugin.  These guys don't know what open source means.

Your 1st Statement is a Lie

First off Victor,

You begin your report with a lie about how much we paid you.

We paid you $2749.00 not $299.00 and we have the bank statements, checks and wire records to prove it.

Question? How did we rip you off when we paid you $2750.00?

Sounds like 954 Enterprises LLC was ripped off by Victor Ientilucci and Fanvictor.com

Yes there is a balance owed of $1750.00. The balance is to be paid to you when the project is complete and was supposed to be completed by September 13, 2015 and if you recall the night you were giving me the bank wire instructions you stated to me that you would have our custom work down by September 1st, 2015. Which is was not completed by September 1st or September 13th.

So please, before you want to splash our names over the internet make sure you are being 100% honest.

954 Enterprises LLC paid Fanvictor.com (Victor Ientillucci) $2749.00 USD  ($299.00 for the plugin, $700.00 for the platform and $1750.00 for custom work that was never completed)

Fan Victor - Victor Ientilucci - Mega Website Services

#9REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, September 15, 2015

To clarify fact from fiction.

We filed our original complaint against fanvictor.com just hours before this post was published in order to protect others from getting scammed by Victor Ientilucci, Mega Website Services, and Fan Victor .

Original complaint located here: http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/FanVictorcom-Mega-Website-Services-/nationwide/FanVictorcom-Mega-Website-Services-FanVictor-Scam-FanVictor-Reviews-Mega-Website-Ser-1254867

To date we have spent a total of 2750.00 and have nothing to show for it other than a broken plugin and useless code that does not work.

We purchased the FanVictor plugin from the Wordpress plugin directory in August of 2015 and purchased a Theme Template for 750.00 from the FanVictor.com website.

Additonally we contracted Victor Ientilucci  3500.00 for custom programming for an additional game type that we needed created. We paid Victor Ientilucci 50% down and balance upon completion. He agreed to have the project completed by Sep 9 2015. Prior to the start of the 2015 Football season.

To Date We Have Nothing! The code that was written was completly non functional and had bug after bug that would not allow the system to present the data and game information properly. After further investigation of the plugin and the code itself it turned out that Victor Ientilucci and FanVictor.com keeps a percentage of the actual code on thier servers and is compiling and storing our customer and company data on thier servers. We confronted Victor Ientilucci of this issues as we were sold on a "Open Source" product. He also published clearly on the FanVictor.com website that the plugin and system is "Open Source" as you can see on the screen shot here:

http://postimg.org/image/50ghwquo1/

He has since changed the wording on his website and mentions nothing about a (FAAS) "Fantasy As A Service) type platform.

Additionally, FanVictor.com offers a 60 Money Back Guarentee on ClickBank.com and refuses to refund our money.

http://postimg.org/image/m5hlrw2u5/

To date we have spent a total 2750.00 and have received a non-funtioning website plugin that steals our company data and hides required code.

We have made no attempt to extort anything from Victor Ientilucci as we have paid him 2750.00 and have received nothing in return other than a broken plugin that does not work. Additionally, upon further investigation we have found that another customer has been scammed by Victor Ientilucci, Mega Website Services and FanVictor.com as you can find in te wordpress support forums located here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/this-plugin-is-a-scam-1

Not only have we been scammed by Victor Ientilucci and Mega Website Services He is now attacking us and defaming our names and company in retallion for the original Fan Victor Ripoff Report. This report was only published to help protect others and to refrain from doing any business with Victor Ientilucci, Mega Website Services and FanVictor.com

To all of those in the business community please refrain from doing any Victor Ientilucci, Mega Website Services and FanVictor.com
