This company cheats everyone including the city of Long Beach. A&A Towing steels money. They do not report tows to the city. Just pocket the cash without even calling the Long Beach Police. Then they do not release the car until the evening purposely to steel more money from victims. The worst thing is that they are complete dicks. The guy that wanted to tow the car clearly stated he was a d**k. His name is X-RAY. Just a bunch of thugs and gangsters that work at this company. DO NOT contract them to Tow for your area. They might be the lowest bidding COMPANY but trust me DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the trouble. A&A Towing SCRATCHED my 6 day old Lexus because it was in a 10 minute parking zone for 15 minutes. He charged me $110 bucks to take the car off the tow truck.

A&A Towing is a RIP-OFF Towing Company.

X-RAY was the Towing guy told me to shut the f*** up and that he was a d**k and there was nothing I could do about it.

There telephone number is 562-989-2375

The guy on the phone was also a terrible person. He basically said the same thing, that there was nothing I could do about it. He said if I felt the car was scratched then I should just forget about it. I mean what kind of response is that?

A & A Towing in Long Beach is a RIP-OFF

It is a shame that many people are arrogant enough to believe they can park where ever they would like, but if caught they are the first ones to put up the biggest stink possible. This young man was parked in a loading zone for over three hours while visiting a friend. The Tow truck driver had already cleared the vehicle with the Long Beach Police Dept and proceeded to leave the property. He was nice enough to stop on the side street adjacent to the property once he saw the owner come running out. He did not use any profanity and followed all proper guidlines. The entire incident was recorded on cameras mounted on the trucks just for situtations like this. A&A is a very reputable company doing a tough job. This loading zone is in front of a medical office which is used to drop off elderly patients some of which are in wheel chairs. However a young man such as this who drives a glorified Toyota would never appreciate the rules of a loading zone.
