yes it is true i did complete an estate sale for miss --. not only did i open one sale for her, i did not feel the first went well so i paid for a second set of advertisements, and conducted another sale for her also. the total sale gross was 2,400.00 . i paid her exactly that amount. another words i felt that she was so financially stressed that we did not charge her one penny commission. period. nothing. what she made she recieved. we felt she needed all of the money. she failed to list that in this absurd report. we recieved a few phone calls from her saying my check did not clear the bank upon payment. i told her not a problem i would secure funds for her and please return the original check. i waited..... no check returned. she called again. very scary, harrassing phone calls to me, my kids, my mother, my store and what have you. she said she did not have the check. she said she hired a private detective. i started to get calls from him. he fialed to produce identification or a badge for me. hs use profanity and very vulger language. very threatening. i filed a legal police report and the police advised me not to answer the phone and the charge on the report was lharrassment. we could have taken it a step furthur if he was impersonating something he was not. well easy as i am sometime and after my heart went out to her and you know this all to be true barbara!! i issued her the secured funds. and guess what happened next. barbara had the first check all along. i was notified by my bank that she redeposited the check for 2400.00 exactly one month after she recieved the cashiers check. i called her bank and they told me the only way they could redeposit the check was if she went to the bank, signed it and added it to her deposit ticket intentionally. i have and can produce that second deposit on bank paper. as far as this 10 year old t v goes, we sold a large couch for her. we could not get it through the door. i called her and asked how it came in. she could not remember. we do no damage to walls or doors. the customer simply traded the couch for the tv which was the same price anyway. it was in the slae. nothing was taken out that was not paid for. it was a simple exchange. but no, barbara mango wanted more money from me. she told me if i did not give her 1386.00 for the tv which is what she but not really, i think all of this was her moms stuff anyway, she would slander me all over the internet and any palce else she could. more threating calls came in, more vulgar language. and i am talking vulgar for a woman. i have all calls taped. no i realized what the neighbors were telling me when i opened the door to do her sale about her is all true. i will not slander anyone and barbara i know the stories about what you did to your mom but i will not say. so i scraped up almost all of the 1386.00 because i was scared and i honestly still owe 250.00 on the plot to get the most money. barbara do you think it is right after i took no money from you and worked for free for two weeks and paid a crew and paid for your ads and paid you full sale amount of 2400.00 and you tried to get another 2400.00 and then you got another 1100.00 because you are on medication, you are mean, you have a foul mouth, you have harrassed my mother who is a senior citizen, that you charged me all of this money because you wanted more money you tried to ruin me and my business by this absurd story and complaint. i can give you 1000 client referrals that i have worked for all over the country. they would referr me. i could give you names of people in true hardship that we worked for for nothing. probably the biggest mistake you made was going to my landlord. she also does estate sales and has a fiece inner competition going on with me. naturally should would love to take me down. the final word to you barbara is thank god your sister came and kidnapped your mother away from you and the neighbors were right about you and you know i know. one thing i do know is i am a very poor judge of character and i hope i never see you again and all the witnesses that spoke on the phone with you never want to hear that type of language again. it is hard satisfying every customer. it is actually impossible. you got more than enough of my service and very much of my money. an an attempt of another 2400.00 out of my bank account which my bank and yours are both aware of. hats off to you and thank you to this site for at least letting me respond to this customer. lynn laychak owner

Lynn Lachak has been a rip-off artist to the end. She promised to reimburse me for private detective fees incurred because of her own refusal to pay me the money I had coming. Well, to date she still owes me $250 and has failed to account for a large screen television that she claims she never sold but turned up "missing" from the house. This woman is unworthy of your trust. Do yourself a big favor and don't have A Curio Cabinet, owned by Lynn Lachak, do your estate sale. Once she has the keys to your house, consider yourself ripped off! She's done it to others before me and she will continue to do it to unsuspecting people until she is put out of business! It's criminal what she's doing to people!!
