I am tired of dealing with this and going back and forth with Mr. Laforce. It is apparent to me that he had no intention of keeping up with his end of the deal. He and his wife have continued to lie whether on this forum or on the phone. My time is to valuable to waste with someone like this. Mr. Laforce got what he asked for, we fulfilled our end of the bargain, as a matter of fact his commercial and billboards are still running on our show. We are doing this to show that we are fulfilling our end of the bargain. If Mr. Laforce really thought that he was done some injustice he would have taken us to court. He will not do this because he knows that he will LOSE. Like I said I am not responding anymore to this forum my time is way to valuable to deal with people like this. If Mr. Laforce continues with his derogatory and defamatory remarks about our show we promise we will respond swiftly and with a purpose with legal actions. We need to have this complaint removed from Ripoff Report.

A breach of contract? Please. If you go by the oral agreement, since we never saw a copy of the written agreement, you must remember that we discussed the fact that we could cancel at any time if we were unhappy with the results. We can see after viewing this "ad" why we were never consulted on it before or after it's airing and kept getting the run-a-round. I don't know anyone else that would have happily paid for it either. You can continue to spout anything you'd like, doesn't make it true. What's true (with proof to back it up!) is you were repeatedly asked to provide us a copy of the contract, and copy of this ad before airing to check for errors, inconsistencies, proper contact info, etc., and never once were able to. We held true to our end of the agreement until it became clear you were not going to. The good ole' post office worked great sending you money and product, I guess it didn't work so well for you to put an envelope in the mail with a paper copy of the contract. What is also true is that you were never told by either of us that it would be okay to go to a 15 sec. commercial instead of a 30 sec. We can go back and forth all day, the fact remains, you just now provided us with something we have been requesting since June 1.

Once again, you at Tumbleweed Junction, breached the advertising agreement which we at A Hunter's Soul bent over backward to help you facilitate by A) giving a discounted rate on the ad program B) A 50% discount on production and editing cost for your commercial and C) allowing you to pay on a month by month bases.
I guess it's as the old saying goes, "No good deed goes unpunished."

Over the weekend, we received a phone call and email from Ed, stating they had proof they followed through on their end of the contract, and to take this report down or they would sue us. "... Now what I do suggest is that you get that ripoff.com down or youre about to have some legal problems...." We replied via email to please send us this proof since that's all we had been asking for since the beginning and had not received it. Ed then replied that he would mail us a copy of the DVD.
Hopefully, we will receive this dvd with a copy of the commercial we paid for and we can end this unpleasant relationship once and for all. Amazing how ripoffreport.com got us farther with these owners than phone calls, emails and certified letters. For over a month we repeatedly requested to see this video, get a copy of the contract (guess mailing it through the USPS would have been too difficult) and kept getting non-answers. When it came time to send a third check, we knew we would be closing our business by the end of the year and were not willing to continue sending money and getting nothing in return.
If A Hunter's Soul TV sends us this DVD, then we received what our money paid for. Until then, we haven't received anything the contract stated. They may have played it all over the world for all we know, but if the actual owners of the company haven't seen it, then it doesn't do that company much good, does it?

I am Billy Blair Senior Owner of A Hunter's Soul TV. We as a company actually ran more commercials than was originally promised because we were happy to help Tumbleweed Junction out. We had prior approval to change their original 30 sec. commercial into two 15 sec. commercials and we were bookending his commercials in the show. We also ran additional billboards during our show. Tumbleweed Junctions website logo was added to our website once they had it fixed on their end so that we could send a link to their site.
We also filmed using their product which is still airing at this time. Bob ****(owner of Tumbleweed Junction) informed us at A Hunter's Soul TV that he was having to close the doors on Tumbleweed Junction because he had been offered a full time job. We had already edited 6-7 of our new shows with Mr. Laforce's commercial. We had also already aired 3 episodes with his commercial and billboards.
We continued to run his commercials even after he BACKED OUT of his contract. We still have the video proof to show that we did what we said we would. If you need any other proof you can contact FOX Sports South and get copies of our show and air dates. As for Bob **** saying that he shut Tumbleweed Junction down this is a lie. I have since found out that he is growing even more and has put his product in even more stores in our viewing area. He is also still attending trade/gun shows selling his product. As a matter of fact they even LIKED us on our Facebook page with in the past two weeks.
The facts are Bob and Shari **** backed out on their end of the bargain. I can back all my statements up with video proof and network proof that we fulfilled our end of the bargain. We have signed documents from Bob **** telling us to move forward with agreed contract. I can also supply any one with other sponsors who have no complaints whatsoever with our company. Bob **** backed out on his part of the agreement.

I would also like to add if you look at all of Bob's emails none of them were sent to me personally. If you also look at his emails he is asking us to send our docs. in and older format. We did everything we could to work within Bob's limited abilities.
He has told us numerous times as well that he couldn't view our stuff that we sent him, these are not our problems they are his. We deal with multi-million dollar sponsors who have no problems whatsoever with what we have done for them. We also have some small mom and pop sponsors that we deal with and have no problems with. The problems lie with Bob **** not with A Hunter's Sou TV. Please remove us from this forum.
