 The Individual advertises the following :

Transferring an existing file is the way to go.  These aged files are ready to

be placed in your name.  During the transfer, the credit cards and lines of

credit will be yours... No applications, no qualifying!!! And it's fast, less

than 28 days...

I emailed Mr Jennings with a few questions and he responded very quickly and i thought that was very promising so i went ahead and ordered one of these file packages.  I placed the order was emailed back confirming he recieved the money and that it would take about 4 to 5 weeks ( although his website said 28 days)

We are now in week 9 with no file package produced and non of my several emails and refund requests responded to.

I had advised everyone to go ahead and contact Albert Jennings. Well he still has not sent me a file? He said it was on its way. 2 weeks in a row I was suppose to get it and it still has not come. So please be cautious because he told me he had problems but that was the last conversation I had with him. I can not get him to answer the phone and can not get follow up emails.

Again still do not know if he is a scam or not. But right now I am still waiting on a file that was promised to me weeks ago.

So Albert if you are reading this send the file and we can move on.

 Well here we are at week 15 and still   Nothing has been recieved from Albert Jennings / AJ Financial Group . The Package that was ordered was advertised to take 28 days on his website, his email when he got my $200.00 upfront fee payment changed the time frame to 4 to 5 weeks and now we are at TRIPLE the amount of that promised time frame and still nothing. No Reponse to my Numerous emails and texts . Mr "employee" lets be honest here, (pretty sure albert is the "employee") . You never were able to provide what you take peoples money for, your "business" is nothing more than Internet Fraud, the only service you provide is the service of taking peoples money and running.

I wanted to add to my rubuttal and encourage everyone to contact AJ Financial and try to work with Albert. I am trying to work with him now. I again know there were problems and would encourage anyone who feels they were ripped off to call him. And again I will keep everyone updated on how my file is going. I do not know who filed the original complaint and if they worked things out please update your report either way. I took the time and did alot of research on Albert and he is an open person and hopefully we can get back on track. Albert this is Matt Maynard.

I am not the original writer of the complaint. I also purchased a file and found out there was a problem at AJ Financial. I spoke to Albert and thought we had things worked out. I am just trying to reconnect with him. He seems like a stand up guy but there was a situation in the company and he was working on it. I am still hoping things will work out but I am just trying to open the line of communication. I will keep everyone updated on whether or not I get a file. Again right now I think he is a stand up guy and once he reaches out to me I will keep everyone updated on how things are going. Again I did not post the first post. My name is Matt and I wanted to add to the post to confirm what the owner of the company put up here. So once I work things out with him either way I wll let you know. Keeping my fingers crossed but I will let everyone on here know.

You got my email just fine when I was a potential customer with questions and you got my email just fine when I sent you my payment information . And now all of a sudden you don't get emails ?  

What about follow through after a sale ? Are you telling me that you lose track of people who send you money  ?  Is your business model to not inform or contact your customers when you  for whatever reason haven't been able to produce the product in the quoted time ?   Somehow you want to blame a customer for this ?

This Report is not accurate, and too quick to accuse.  Do you know if your emails are getting to us?  Did you give us a chance to correct the problem? Do you even know if it is us whom you did business with?  

 

Reports like these could have explainations.  You should call first, before placing a complaint here for all the world to see, instead of just quickly concluding that you have been scammed. 

 

Now, we stand to lose a lot more than any fee you may have paid.

 

Please contact us so we may pursue a solution.  Do what you should have done to begin with...
