On May 4th, 2021 a vehicle rear-ended my vehicle while I was waiting at a red light. The collision pushed my car forward and I rear-ended the vehicle in front of me which was also waiting at the red light. I took a picture of the woman's insurance card and I called her insurance company once I got home. The insurance company is A-Max Auto Insurance.
When I called the company, a rep named Jennifer answered the phone and played dumb as to the holder of the insurance coverage. I called and texted Jennifer several times and she refuses to respond. It's obvious that this insurance company has no intentions of paying up. This appears to be a very unethical company, with rotten service, and fraudulent coverage.
