A To Z Rentals did not disclose all costs prior to rental of a BOBCAT, my quotation was $180.00 over... Spokane Valley Washington
I was quoted about $250.00 for a 1 day BobCat Rental through A to Z Rentals in Spokane Valley Washington.
Unfortunately, A to Z Rental DID NO disclose all cost associated with the rental. I was ultimately charged an additional $150.00 for my rental, however this was only made known by my bank account, as it was dinged for $400.00 instead of $250.00.
After calling the owner of A to Z Rental, Cheryl Kettrick, not only were my issues not dealt with, she laughed at me. Now, I have been a long time customer to this location. Unfortunately, Cheryl is the "new" management and her unprofessionism is obvious. Customer service should be primary concern with any business, apparently Cheryl feels she IS the customer...
It is A to Z Rentals job to ENSURE all cost are known prior to rental, I being a first time renter did not know that I would be charged excessively for unknowns, such as $5.00 a GAL for gas ( I live across the street to a gas station). $60.00 for forks and a chain that I thought were part of the Bobcat rental, $25.00 Damage Waiver Fee and whatever else was "added" later...
Cheryl was unwilling in any way, shape or form to help her customer, her paying customer..
I have contacted the BBB in Spokane Valley and will be disputing the charges on my credit card.
STAY AWAY from A to Z Rentals Rental in Spokane Valley Washington.
