Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I just started bidding and buying from A & W Surplus Auction within the last month or so. I was reluctant because of all the rules etc but decided to take a chance with them.  First time I did ok even though they shorted me a telephone in a lot of 15. Ok no big deal.  Went a second time and it was ok so I thought this would work out since I am a reseller.  Third time I  spent over $400 out the door and a big part of that was a purchase of a total of 9 Straight Talk ZTE Majesty cells phones that were "new shelf pulls".  I also bought a lot that consisted of zebra thermal printer and two other computer fans. The Zebra had no cords whatsoever but they don't disclose that.  Ok back to the cell phones.  The bid got quite high for these and came out to about $28 each after buyer premium fees.  One was smashed to smitherenes and completely useless.  The others I attempted to sell on eBay which turned out disasterous as I had to refund buyers money because they could not register it because it had to be initially scanned by Walmart.  That wasn't disclosed either.  A&W Surplus don't care! They just sell it anyway and could care less if the buyer can use it or not.  No one can use these phones like this.  They have to be scanned by a legitmate source which is Walmart.  Not possible since I bought it from A & W Surplus and spent a total of $246.10.  No they don't tell you that and they don't care!! Again no one can use these phones or sell them unless they are scammers and know how to beat the system.  The shoes I got at the same time were suppose to be new and had dog crap on the bottoms which I had to get a scrub brush and scrub them, not to mention the Flying Alien Sphere toy that was a lot of 2, one not in a box and was broke.  So my issues are mainly this: They should not be selling cell phones that can't be registered.  There needs to be some accounting for this kind of thing it should not be allowed.  As for the other things basically bad decision to purchase on my part but I do NOT take responsibility for undisclosed information concerning the cell phones. I will not be doing business with them again because of bad faith and I trully do believe they are for the most part dishonest and unscrupulous in their business practices.   I've been around the auction scene enough and I know how it works but this is unacceptable and will do business elsewhere.  I would advise others to do the same and avoid this place.
