Company already has a complaint on Better Business Bureau aside from the one I submitted for the same reason. The appointments they set are totally bogus. I bought a 25 appointment package for approximately 1400 and I was told a 40% closing ratio. Shoot, I would have loved to have a 5% closing ratio. They scheduled me for 15 appointments, 8 were dark houses, 3 wrong addresses, and 4 complaints against the company that got the door shut in my face. The company only schedules appointments from Tuesday through Friday, whatever happened to the remaining days. Regardless, midway through my appointments I was told to make my schedule more available that's why I was having so many problems. I did so and the above numbers are still the results.

Upon confronting the company, their statistics indicate that they scheduled me for 45 appointments, when I have proof that they only did so for 15. Upon indicating so, they insisted that my availability was the problem. So, my availability is every day after 5pm, all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and any other day appointment as long as I'm told more than a day in advance. I guess they needed someone to create more days in the week to justify their inefficiency.

Still, the manager calls me mind you at my work location 10 times in a period of an hour as a supposed resolution and when I insist that he no longer call my work, he resorts to profanity, threatens me physically, and threatens to sue me for not doing their job.

This may seem one sided, but it really isn't. All I wanted was qualified appointments and when that wasn't done, I just wanted my money back. And now I have to alot more time and energy to possibly deal with legal proceedings to resolve this matter.

STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO STAY COMPLIANT AND NOT POSSIBLY DEAL WITH LEGAL PROCEEDINGS. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF YOUR TIME, MONEY, AND ENERGY.

In response to this complaint and its slanderous claims a full investigation was given to this clients report. The client "Matt" who has filed this report and not willing to give his actual name.After researching this case ,actually made by a Mr.George Mathews. A1 Annuities had offered the client a partial refund and are waiting upon some minor documentation issues in which both parties have agreed upon. After the client used our service for two months and a documented 42 scheduled appointments were made Mr. Mathews requested a refund. We at a1 had not only complied with all terms of service agreements contracted by Mr Mathews but made various alterations in regards to time availability and communication practices. His biggest complaint seems to be that he was called at work to receive requested appointments. Which he had every option to use our e mail communication program for receiving his scheduled appointments which we recomend. He wanted to be called. We are not concerned with much of the slanderous lies that are on this report. The only statement that concerns us is his statements in regards to "COMPLIANCE." A1 Annuities takes great pride in the fact that in the long history of our company we have not had ONE SINGLE COMPLIANCE REPORT FILED AGAINST US. A1 compliancy record remains perfect and untarnished. We challenge any documentation from any entity to show documentation on any compliancy issue against A1 annutites.
