In response to this complaint and its slanderous claims a full investigation was given to this clients report. The client "Matt" who has filed this report and not willing to give his actual name.After researching this case ,actually made by a Mr.George Mathews. A1 Annuities had offered the client a partial refund and are waiting upon some minor documentation issues in which both parties have agreed upon. After the client used our service for two months and a documented 42 scheduled appointments were made Mr. Mathews requested a refund. We at a1 had not only complied with all terms of service agreements contracted by Mr Mathews but made various alterations in regards to time availability and communication practices. His biggest complaint seems to be that he was called at work to receive requested appointments. Which he had every option to use our e mail communication program for receiving his scheduled appointments which we recomend. He wanted to be called. We are not concerned with much of the slanderous lies that are on this report. The only statement that concerns us is his statements in regards to "COMPLIANCE." A1 Annuities takes great pride in the fact that in the long history of our company we have not had ONE SINGLE COMPLIANCE REPORT FILED AGAINST US. A1 compliancy record remains perfect and untarnished. We challenge any documentation from any entity to show documentation on any compliancy issue against A1 annutites.
