We called to ask about selling our Royal Elite timeshare and they promised us the moon, It wouldn't take long at all to see our timeshare. I have called a few times checking to see why our timeshare isn't selling, always get we are advertising but there is no hits. Lower the price, we have lowered the price a few times now, still nothing happening. I would not recommand anyone going to timeshares only to sell their time shares. They are a joke and only want you money. I have lowered the price again today just to try and get rid of it. Not happy at all with these people

A1 Marketing Unlimited has an F rating with every BBB location where they do business. Do Not Do Business With This Company! They will lie to you, take your money and deliver nothing.
That must be some timeshare they were able to re-sell for $37,000. The original report reads like someone at A1 wrote it.

I am just curious if some people actually think about what they are saying. Is common sense not a factor in todays society. The complainer said she put her timeshare up for 39,000 dollars negotiable and recieved 37,000 dollars A 2,000 dollar difference. Last i checked negotiable meant you are willing to negotiate the price, to move the property and the person she is complaining about said they can move it in 90 days so in approximately 120 days she accepted 37,000 dollars. im not a genius but i think she made pretty well off if i was her i would be thanking A1 marketing if this is a smear add by the complainer and i was a1 id buy her a steak dinner with a thnk you and smile. All you can say to this is WOW!!!!!!!!

People are usually lucky to get 50% of the price they had originally paid. It sounds like you might have gotten lucky. but you never mentioned the original price. Being in a desperate hurry to sell real estate is usually the kiss of death for getting a good selling price. If you "almost lost the property to forclosure because it took so long" then you are probably overextended. No real estate is worth that.
