The facts and details are simply NOT true.
Everyone would like their appliance fixed same day, but it is not always possible. You do not know the problem until you check the unit out. Customer was aware of the $79 service charge. He also recieved a partial service credit for purchasing a new unit. We were more than happy to change models, the $150 was the price difference they wanted to upgrade to. He wanted the $500 model for the $350 price he paid. We are an honest and reputable dealer and servicer in the area since 1986, and never want any of our customers to be unhappy !

be responsible for your decision , don't blame the store for that ! they were more than fair, once you have used a appliance it has to be sold as used someone has to pay for that ! the big stores would do stuff like that to run all the mom & pop stores out of business but now that we are almost all gone go try to get them to upgrade for free! people not being responsable for there poor decisions is one of the main things wrong with this country! now that being said maytag stinks! i used to own a maytag home appliance center & had to close it down 6 years ago because of their poor products . i have no idea how any store just selling maytag can still be open !
