Here is what happened to me.  I decided to use a1agiftsonline for an online retail store.  I had already had a website and was eager to begin selling.  It really sounded great!  Still I decided to do a test run.  First I ordered ALL the catalogs.  I figured I would decide which I liked best and would buy them in bulk and distribute them to prospective customers.  A1A Gifts mailed me the print catalogs in a timely fashion, no problem.  The first red flag .... when I actually looked up the items on their website that were listed in the print catalogs approximately 50% WERE NOT ACTUALLY AVAILABLE!  So much for the catalogs!  However, I decided that I would dispense with the idea of print catalogs and simply list select items from their website that I knew were not discontinued and in stock .... according to them.   So I decided to run another little test.  I placed an order for a single item from their website that was listed as IN STOCK.  My order was placed on the 5th of March 2012.  A1A Gifts Online sent me a confirmation email stating that I would get a follow up email with a tracking number within a few days. 

 One week later no tracking number.  11 Days later on the 16 of March 2012, my order still had not arrived nor had I yet recieved the promised email with tracking information.  They state that you will get the order within 10 days.  I sent A1A Gifts an email asking about my order.  4 Days later, no response.  I sent a second email threatening to file a claim with Paypal.  2 Days later I FINALLY got a response!  The email from A1A Gifts Online stated that the item I ordered WAS OUT OF STOCK!   They issued me a refund via Paypal and that is the last I will deal with them.  Can you imagine if this was an order placed by a customer of mine from my online store?  My business would be the one with a complaint against me on this very website!  I have another online retail store which sells Victorian Theme merchandise and I would NEVER treat a customer this way!  Their orders are always trackable online and if there is a problem I personally call them to provide decent customer service.   Furthermore if the item was out of stock why was I not notified until WEEKS LATER?
