We hired AAA Handyman Heroes in July 2016 to replace the brick mold on our front door and replace a damaged piece of vinyl siding on our house.  They sent Jim on July 7, 2016 to check out what we needed done.  We were given a price of $704.  The price seemed high, but we thought that replacing the brick mold on the door would take some time to do.  Jim looked at the work we needed and said there would be no problems getting these things done. We gave him a deposit of $200 and set up a date when the work would be done.

When he came to do the work, he told us that the brick mold could not be replaced on our door and he would have to just repair the damage piece of wood.  Well, that's what my husband had done previously and it looked really bad, but we figured that Jim was a "professional" and would do a better job.  When it was done, it looked exactly like it did when my husband fixed it!

Now to the siding.  It took more than a month to find the exact siding we have so it would match.  Our house is 11 years old, so the exack manufacturer and color were hard to find. The repair was on the front of our house, so it was important that it matched.

We finally found it and he came to replace the broken piece of siding.  By this time, we had paid in full.  Everything was fine until about a month later when we had a small rain storm and the same piece of siding fell off.  We called Jim and he came a put a new piece up (we had bought 5).  Ok again until a couple of months later when the piece broke off again!  Called him again, he came put another new piece up, this time gluing and nailing the siding to our house.  In January same thing!  This time when we called we got voicemail everytime.  He never returned our many messages.

Finally, we decided to call the company and speak to someone in management.  We talked to Bill.  We explained to him all of the problems we had with this piece of siding not to mention the poor work on our front door.  His response was that this job was a long time ago and his workers are very busy and there is no one who could come and fix the problem.  I realize that it was almost a year ago, but we had been having problems since the beginning!  When my husband told him that I would post a poor review of his company on Ripoff Report, Yelp, Google and report him to the Better Business Bureau, he said "go ahead" and hung up!  

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!  I would NEVER hire their company again and I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
