I ordered a company from this idiot and he charged me an arm and leg. Then I found out that I had to mail all the documentation myself. That would of been fine with me, except he never provided the information for me to mail.
Then I finally get the information and it is completely incorrect. So, then I am audited. He has a disclaimer saying that you are audited, his firm will represent you. That was all a lie! He wound up billing me for his incompetency.
John Georgiou is a scam artist who preys on unsuspecting people in the Pocono area. There are so many complaints about him its ridiculous. Hindsight is always 20/20. I wish I knew about Ripoff Report before going to him.
He set me up for failure in every step of along the way. Everything meant more money back to him and his fat ugly wife.

It is extremely difficult to respond to such scathing criticism when the client does not mention his or her name or contact us directly to settle their situation.
It is unclear what the client means when he states that he "ordered a company". As a tax preparation firm, we prepare individual and corporate tax returns for our clients. If he is referring to a tax or corporate return that was prepared for them, then they were charged for our services when they actually picked up or received their returns.
If they "had to mail all the documentation" themselves, that would imply that they were filing late and that their returns could no longer be filed electronically for them. This also assumes that they had to sign and mail their returns in to the IRS and the State directly. We never charge our clients until their returns are completed and picked up.
As to the claim that they were "audited" and that we have a "disclaimer" that our firm will represent you and it being "a lie," we are Federally licensed and represent our clients before the IRS and have always done so. It is one of the many services we offer.
We are very sorry that this particular client appears to be upset with our service. We have been proudly serving our community for over thirty years.
