This company has been reported to the Texas State General's Office and waiting to be investigated by the FBI. They are looking for few more people/complaint to make sure people are fraud victims. I was lucky and was able to contact my credit card company before I received delivery. It would have been more difficult if I received delivery, but I was contacted by the freight company about an additional fee of $150. AAA tried to ignore our agreement by not replying to my e-mails and just doing everything over the phone. However, they left 1 email and my reply to that email proves that they are and was trying to overcharge me for $350. Keep all your e-mails and do everything so that you have proof. It's your word against theirs. I am founding out that you can't just go by BBB rating and this company has fooled BBB but their or whole bunch of complaints on this company and lady name Dina. Since I found out early, they are not even returning my emails or phone calls. There are people, I found out, that were ripped off by this company and reported them to the FBI. They have started an investigation and want to get more people on board. Contact the above email or phone number. Thanks.

Thanks for the report. It made my day. But I'm disappointed that Dina is back in business with a different name. We must not let her repeat what she's done before. Let's keep up the pressure.

It seems some things never change.
Judgement that Dina Armstrong Hoover was included in, against previous company she was employed at, enjoining her from engaging in numerous unlawful acts.
